| HOW DO I USE A PHONE CARD? |
You can use your Tulumba Phone Card in three different ways from a single account:
- Using a Toll Free Access Number: From 34 countries including the U.S., Canada, and Turkey, you can dial a toll free number. You do not pay for using a toll free number, you simply pay us a per minute rate.
- Using a Local Access Number: From anywhere in the U.S. and several European countries, you can dial local numbers to access your phone card account. (Register or sign-in for the list of numbers) The rates are lower with this option, but you may have to pay for your local access minutes, unless you have an unlimited calling plan.
- Using Tulumba IP Phone: From anywhere in the world, you can use the Tulumba IP Phone to make calls using your Tulumba account. You simply install our IP Phone on your PC and make calls. The rates are cheapest with this option. (Register or sign-in for download)
- Using SIP Phone on iPhone or Android Phones: You can download a third party application and use your Tulumba account from anywhere in the world using 3G, 4G, or Wi-Fi.
You can start using your card immediately after we send your activation e-mail, usually within 2 hours after your purchase during business hours.
