If you have perishables in your order and if your state is more than 2 days from New York using Ground service, we will ship your order with 2-Day Air Express only, no exceptions. A surcharge will be included in your order total for this service. During the months of November through March, you can request this fee to be waived after you place the order but before we ship it out. During the other months, this surcharge will not be waived under any circumstance.
In order to return an item, you need to obtain a valid RMA number from us. (Call Customer Service at 1 866 885 8622). No Returns are allowed without a valid RMA number.
Please note that we do NOT refund the shipping & handling cost that you initially paid while placing your order. If you received Free Shipping with your order, you will be charged shipping & handling when you return an order or an item and if such return disqualifies your order from Free Shipping.
