HOW DO I DOWNLOAD IT?
- Go to Apple Store or Android Market and search for 'Linphone'
- Download the application to your smart phone
- After you download the application, login to your phone card account and click on the Linphone Configuration under Special Features for step by step instructions on how to configure this application to work with your Tulumba Phone Card account from anywhere in the world.
Linphone application works with GSM and WiFi connections. However, like all VOIP applications, the voice quality is directly related to the quality of the internet connection. Therefore, GSM calls will have low voice quality, WiFi calls will have better quality. Neither will have the level of quality of calling with access numbers.
