How can I change my login email address?

Go to your account page and log on using your email and password that you put when you signed up with us. You will see a 'Your Billing Address' section on the right hand side of this page, you can change your email from here by clicking on "Edit this address" link.

Next time you logon, you should use this new email address.

Important: Do not forget to update your email on the shipping address as well, since this is where we send the shipment notifications. It is on the same page just below the 'Your Billing Address' section.

 What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, put your e-mail address into the box just below "Forgot Your Password?" question on the 'Account Sign In' page and click on 'Verify' button.  Can I place an order without registering my account?

Before you place an order with us, you need to sign-up online. We do not ask for your credit card information until you purchase an item.
