Due to the sheer number of products on our site, we may not always have them all
available in stock. We tell you whether or not a product is in stock on
the product detail page. If it does not say 'In Stock', then we tell you
approximately how long it will take before we can ship it out to you.
Please note that we bring some products only if an order is placed. Please also
note that we charge your credit card only when we ship your order from our NY
office. If you want to order only from items that are currently in stock in our NY office , you can do that by using our filter options on top of each category
page:
On the left side of each product or category page, you can see a list of sub-categories. When you click on a sub-category with items in it, look at the top of the page. You will see a list of filtering options.
On the left of the filters, you will see the option to see all items we have available for sale, or just the items we currently have in stock in NY (please note that if an item is not in stock, it takes about 2 to 6 weeks to ship it from our NY office) .
After you select the IN STOCK filter, you should remember that your browser will stay with this option until you change it back. Unless you change your option back, you will be limiting your searches to only items we carry in our NY warehouse.
Do not forget to use the other filters on the same area based on your needs.
When we do not have an item in stock, this is our way of letting you know approximately how long it is going to take to ship that product from our NY office. This time frame is an estimate and it is subject to change due to customs issues or difficulty in locating a scarce item. If we can not find an item or if it delayed beyond a reasonable time, we will inform you promptly and we will ship the rest of your items, if any, at our own shipping expense. Please note that we do not charge your credit card until the time of physical shipment (We only authorize your card during check-out).
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order. Do not change the shipping address of an open order. Create a new shipping address for a different location.
You can enter multiple shipping addresses or you can update an existing shipping address. To change your shipping address or to add a new one, go to your account page. On the right side, you will see your billing address and shipping addresses. You can update this information by clicking on the edit button, or add a new address by clicking on the Add button. If you have an open order under a shipping address, you will not be able to update it. You will have to send us a message by clicking here or contact our Customer Service in business hours at 1 866 885 8622.
You can not delete an address due to historical purposes. However, you can modify an address by going to your account page, only if there is no open order under that address.
1) You are eligible for free shipping if your order is over $35 and the weight of your order is less than 2 lbs. 2) You are eligible for free shipping if your order is over $70 and the weight of your order is less than 4 lbs. 3) You are eligible for free or reduced shipping if your order is over $100 based on the zone and the weight of your order. Free or reduced shipping will appear in the final checkout page. You must select the free/reduced shipping option to qualify. Express shipment options do not qualify.
Canceling items, combining orders, returns, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
If you do not select the option to protect your perishable items during checkout and if your state is more than 2-days away from NY using the ground service, you will not qualify for these shipping options. (click on zones to see your zip code's zone.)
While we always ship perishable items wrapped in ice, if your state is more than 2 days away from NY using UPS Ground service between April and October, you need additional protection and we have automatically included additional perishable protection material to your shipment for an additional fee. If you choose to remove this option, you will only have the 1 or 2-day express shipment methods available between the months of April 1 and October 1. Even if your state is within 1-2 day of NY; you can still select this option at anytime to make sure that your perishables are shipped in the safest manner possible.
Please note that we strongly recommend against using the UPS Ground option during the summer months, if your state is more than 3 days away from NY, even when you use the extra perishable protection option.

We make adjustments on shipment dates to avoid weekend delays when perishables are present. While this may delay your order, we do this to protect your order. We shall not accept responsibility for damages to perishable items under any condition.
We ship within the United States, Canada, and many international destinations. Most shipments are done via UPS and USPS. You can select from a variety of UPS delivery options during the checkout process. UPS Ground is usually the cheapest option and it takes 1 to 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days). Click on the map icon during checkout to see how long UPS Ground takes to your state. Please note that we do not make partial shipments unless requested. If an item is on back-order, we will wait until the order is completed before shipping out. To request a partial shipment, please click on the "Send my items as they become available" option under Shipping Options during checkout. (extra shipping charges apply)
