Nihat “Fikret Hakan“ zengin bir fabrikatörün oğludur. Babası işleri daha da büyütmek uğruna zengin bir ailenin kızıyla Nihat’ı evlendirmek ve servetini genişletmek istemektedir. Nihat bu duruma karşı çıksa da babası bu konuda kararlıdır. Bir gün Nihat fabrikanın önünde köfte satarak geçimini sağlayan Sabri’ye çarpar. Kaza ucuz atlatılmıştır. Bu olaydan sonra Nihat, Sabri ile arkadaşlık kurar. Bu kaza Nihat’ın Sabri ve onun gibi insanların yaşadığı dünya ile tanışmasına vesile olmuştur. Bir müddet baskılardan kaçmak isteyen Nihat bu fakir mahallede vakit geçirmek ister ve kendisini Sabri’nin akrabası olarak tanıtır. Bir süre sonra bu mahallede yaşayan insanlardan biri olan fıstık lakaplı kız “Fatma Girik” ile tanışır.

Hi guys, I just received the first issue of my subscription to Popüler Tarih, and I'm amazed at how quickly it got here. I have never had a domestic US magazine subscription start so fast. As a result, I will be subscibing to several more magazines very shortly. Tulumba.com is great, and I've told all my friends about you guys. By the way, is there any possibility of adding newspaper subscriptions to your lineup? I can get Hürriyet at my local Borders bookstore, but some variety would be nice (Tercüman, Cumhuriyet, Sabah, Fanatik, falan). Keep up the great work!
