İkizi kadar benzediği ünlü bir gangesterle, oyuncu olma hayaliyle filmlerde figuranlık yapan Şaban'ın (Kemal Sunal) komik öyküsü... Çok saf ve sakar bir genç olan Şaban, mahalleliyle birlikte bir gün gazinoya gider. Gazino sahibi Şaban'ı görür görmez bir tomar dolusu para verir. Bu duruma bir anlam vereyen Şaban ve arkadaşları parayı alırlar. İşin içinde bir yanlışlık olduğunu anlamayan ve bunu değerlendirmek isteyen mahallenin aklına bir fikir gelir. Mafyaya olan borçlarını gazinoları dolaşarak onlardan aldıkları para ile kapatmaktır. Ama işler sanıldığı gibi gitmeyecek ve bu durum karşıklıklara ve gülünç olaylara neden olacaktır.

I like Turkish fashion and all things Turkish. I fell in love with a Turkish Officer whom I met in America and love anything Turkish since.
