So I called Tulumba, and the person on the phone was very polite and helpful. Less than a week later, I got a replacement VCD in the mail. I must say, I'm quite impressed with the service! I half expected a hassle when returning the item, but instead, I was very pleasantly surprised! Keep up the good work!
