I then heat to near boiling a large mug of water and pour it into the conical mug, mixing with the coffee. I stir around the top to get more of the "grounds" down to the bottom and then drink the resulting mug of this delightful coffee. I particularly like this Turkish coffee because of its rich flavor. The grounds collect down at the bottom and I can easily avoid drinking this "sludge". Starbucks can't come close to the flavor of this coffee. I am grateful that I found it.
