 Dear ladies and gentlemen, I am writing to tell you how much I have been
pleased with your phone card service. I found out about your company
less than a month ago from a Turkish friend of mine. I had never
considered using a calling card to call Turkey believing it would be too
cumbersome and not worth the savings. Boy, was I proven wrong. I
deeply regret not finding out about your company before! I could've
saved hundreds of dollars over the past many years alone.
Your website is very user-friendly and easy to use. After I signed up
online for a phone card, I called your help desk to ask a question. The
gentleman I spoke to was most kind and helpful, processing my order
quickly and setting me up so that I could call my mother in Turkey
within minutes of signing up. Quite honestly, I have become very
reluctant to do business with any Turkish-owned company because my
experiences with customer service has virtually always left much to be
desired if not actually frustrating and quite rude sometimes. However,
my experience with your company was and has been superb.
The phone line quality has been very good - no complaints there at all.
Above all, what has really impressed me is the accuracy of your
accounting of the phone calls I make and the speed at which they are
available for viewing online (virtually instantly after I make the
call). I have tracked how many minutes I have used on each call and the
reporting on your web site is 100% accurate. Thank you for giving me
the peace of mind knowing that all of my calls are accounted for
accurately. Moreover, it is wonderful to know that you do not have any
hidden fees and charges.
As someone known for being nitpicky, detail-oriented, and thorough, I
cannot find anything wrong with your service. Thank you for providing
such a service! I am so glad I have found you and will recommend you to
