İşlediği suçlardan dolayı tüm Avrupa'da aranan ve 24 saat boyunca Marsilya polisinin nezaretinde tutulan Belçikalı bir suçlu, yargılanmak üzere Afrika'ya gönderilecektir. Bu transfer işinde ne yazık ki Emilien (Frederic Diefental) de görevlidir. Tutuklu, kendisinin masum olduğuna Emilien'i ikna eder. Oyuna gelen Emilien, suçlunun gitmesine izin verir.

Bu sırada Emilien'in güzel karısı (Emma Sjoberg) Belçikalı suç örgütüne casusluk yapmakla görevlidir. Fakat bu olay o kadar gizlidir ki, kendi kocası bile olaydan habersizdir.
